If you are looking for an active and secure community to raise a family, River Hills is your final destination! We moved to River Hills nine years ago and we love living here. We have two young kids and the neighborhood provides so many opportunities to meet other young families while connecting with those who have lived here for decades. A typical weekend for our family includes Friday family night at the River Hills Country Club where the kids have fun with the games and movies while the adults enjoy dinner and drinks with friends! Saturday mornings begin with a run or walk in our beautiful neighborhood, followed by a trip to the park or the River Hills Country Club pool where we frequently meet up with other families who live in River Hills Plantation. The day ends as we head to the River Hills marina to load up and enjoy an evening on the lake with friends and family. We are always amazed that we get to do all of these activities without ever leaving the neighborhood!
We have an incredible school system within five minutes of the neighborhood, our kids are active in the local athletic association and we have our church home just a few miles down the road. Everything is so convenient for our lifestyle. Life is definitely worth living in Lake Wylie, South Carolina!
Being working parents who travel frequently there is nothing better than driving through the front gate at the end of the day, taking a deep breath and truly feeling like we are home!
